We provide 24-hour-a-day manned monitoring for all types of alarm systems. Seekers utilises dedicated alarm centre staff to ensure alarm account data and customer follow up are part of a consistent monitoring program.

Seekers Security monitoring centre receives signals which differentiate between burglary, hold-up, duress and smoke alarms to mention a few, which enable our staff to notify the proper authorities quickly and efficiently.

At Seekers we believe that efficient alarm monitoring requires more than utilising reliable technologies within the monitoring centre, one of the most valuable components of our monitoring service is the highly trained people who respond to and process the alarm events.
